Sell rates and ranges are observed market data; the return is not guaranteed. Your floor tracks the live market and re-bases to it immediately if the market moves, matched at the same moment by fresh buy and sell rates.
Balances become withdrawable once the purchasing carrier's payment is received on your cadence's cycle. Capacity contracts run for a fixed ten-year term; at the end you can renew for a further term, or let it mature and Minutes Network buys the capacity back at the price you paid; capacity is also sellable earlier, with Minutes Network holding a right of first refusal to repurchase at the price you paid. The buyback at maturity is guaranteed; the margin along the way tracks the market and is not.
