How we measure
Real checks, run by the Accelerator every minute
- Website
- The public home page is requested and must render with its content.
- Customer portal
- The sign-in page is requested and must show its sign-in form.
- Payment detection
- The payment watcher records each run. We check it ran in the last few minutes and that its blockchain lookups are succeeding.
- Email delivery
- The share of recent emails our provider accepted, plus a check that our sending account is active. We look at outcomes only, never at who an email went to.
- Telegram bot
- Telegram's own report on message delivery to the bot, and the share of recent bot messages that went through.
- Traffic network
- Whether usage and earnings are syncing from the traffic network on schedule.
- Live figures
- How fresh the live network figures shown on the site are.
- Upstream
- The overall state our upstream platform reports on its own public status page. Incidents it posts there are shown here too.
Each bar is one UTC day. Uptime is the share of recorded minutes not spent in an outage; slower minutes and announced maintenance are shown but do not count as downtime. Days before recording began show as no data, and are never counted as uptime.
Incidents are opened automatically when a check keeps failing for a few minutes, and they are updated by our team. When things recover they move to monitoring, and they are resolved once everything has worked normally for 15 minutes.
When our team posts an incident, the components it names show it straight away, even if the automatic checks have not noticed a problem.
