    Minutes Network AI is our own service, running on our own voice network. Turning your speech into an answer uses a specialist model provider under contract, on terms that do not permit your conversation to be used to train their models. We do not keep a recording of your call, we do not sell your conversation, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you. We keep basic call records (the number dialled, the time and the length) to run the service and prevent abuse.

Does it cost anything to call Minutes Network AI?
The service is free to use while we build it out. The only cost is whatever your phone plan charges for a call to a standard local number: on most mobile and landline plans that's covered by inclusive minutes, so it costs nothing extra. If you're not sure, check how your plan treats local calls.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for. Dial the number and start talking.
Which phones work?
Any phone that can make a voice call: smartphones, basic phones, landlines, desk phones, even a payphone. No data connection is needed.
Which languages does it understand?
Minutes Network AI understands and replies in the main languages of the countries it covers. Speak in the language you're most comfortable with; it will answer in the same one.
Is it safe to ask about medicines and symptoms?
Minutes Network AI gives general health information: what a medicine is for, usual doses, common interactions, what a symptom can mean. It is not a doctor or a pharmacist and it will say so when a question needs one. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Can it search the internet?
Yes. When a question needs current information (opening hours, prices, news, the weather, a recent event) Minutes Network AI searches the web during the call and reads the answer back. Ask it where the information came from and it will tell you.
Where does my conversation go?
Minutes Network AI is our own service and your call is carried on our own voice network. Turning speech into an answer uses a specialist model provider under contract, who may not use your conversation to train their models. We do not keep a recording of your call, and it is never sold or used to build an advertising profile of you.

Yes: that's what the numbers for AI companies service is. Local-rate, freephone or premium-rate numbers in the countries you need, with the audio delivered to your engine as a real-time stream, over SIP, or through our managed speech stack. Request a quote and we'll come back with a plan.
