On the PacketExchange marketplace every voice route states its CLI type, declared by the seller: Full CLI, where the caller's number arrives intact; Local CLI, a local-presence number; Mixed CLI, which is not guaranteed; or No CLI. Each also carries a quality tier, from premium and direct routes down to NCLI, the lowest-cost tier. Filter for CLI termination when the number has to arrive, or for NCLI routes when cost leads, and compare their rates for the same destination.
Before traffic goes on a route, prove the caller ID: a test call to a handset in the destination country reports the number that displayed beside the number you sent.

Voice termination rates, set on a live market.
Wholesale voice termination rates on PacketExchange are the rates sellers list, or the rate you negotiate with an offer, plus one capped platform fee: 0.5% over your own SIP trunk, or 2% through the API or Dialer, never more than $0.001 per call. There is no setup fee to connect a route, no monthly minimum and no volume commitment.
An A-Z deck lists as one route per country, priced from its cheapest rate and billed on the longest matching prefix, and every route states its billing increment, such as 1/1, 6/6 or 60/60, before you connect. Compare rates with the ASR, ACD and NER measured on real buyer calls, the figures each seller states, and an Exchange Score earned only on real traffic.
Voice origination and sending traffic.
For origination, buy local, national, mobile and toll-free numbers on the same account and point them at your switch, a SIP address or any phone. For termination, whitelist your switch's public IP or use the SIP credentials issued with the purchase, and send to your Switch IP on port 5060 over UDP or TCP with G.711a, G.711u or G.729. Each call is billed when it ends, straight from your prepaid balance.
