Live voice routes with destination, caller ID type, tier, price and measured ASR and NER, and Connect.
What it is.
One account opens every route on the marketplace. Each listing shows its rate, channel capacity, its ASR, ACD and NER measured on real buyer calls once it has carried enough of them, the ASR, ACD and PDD its seller states, and an Exchange Score: a 1 to 100 rating that stays unrated until the route has carried real traffic. Connecting a route is free and issues SIP credentials or IP authorisation on the spot.
Carriers and resellers
Buy termination for your customers and resell it at your own margin.
Aggregators
Add a second route per destination and bring your average cost down.
Route sellers
List spare capacity once and sell it to every buyer on the marketplace.
CLI and NCLI routes, labelled on every listing.
Every voice route states what happens to the caller's number, as declared by the seller who lists it: Full CLI, where the number arrives intact; Local CLI, a local-presence number; Mixed CLI, which is not guaranteed; or No CLI. It also carries a quality tier, from premium and direct routes down to NCLI, the lowest-cost tier. Filter on either, and CLI and NCLI routes for the same destination sit side by side with their rates.
A route sold as CLI can still rewrite or strip the number further down the chain, so test it before a campaign goes on it. A caller ID test places a call over the route to a handset in the destination country and reports the number that displayed beside the number you sent, for $0.50 per reported result, charged only if the route rings.
- Full CLI, Local CLI, Mixed CLI and No CLI, declared on every voice listing
- Quality tiers from premium and direct down to NCLI
- A caller ID test on any public route before you buy it
- Filters for the traffic a route accepts: wholesale, call centre, dialler or A2P
A-Z termination, a country at a time.
A multi-country A-Z deck lists as one route per country, priced from its cheapest rate, with every destination and prefix one click away. Open any deck as a searchable table, by country or by prefix, before you connect it. Calls are billed on the longest matching prefix in the deck, and each route states its billing increment, such as 1/1, 6/6 or 60/60, before you connect.
Search by destination, country, dial code or prefix, then narrow by CLI type, tier, per-second or per-minute billing, rate range, minimum ASR and ACD, maximum PDD, capacity and minimum Exchange Score. Star the routes you track, save the searches you run every morning and compare up to four routes side by side.
Call centre and dialler routes.
Sellers state the traffic each route accepts, so a call centre or a dialler only sees routes that take its traffic. Send the campaign from your own switch over your SIP trunk, or run it from the PacketExchange dialer over the routes you choose, with CLI rotation, calling windows and DNC suppression built in.
Sell your routes to every buyer on the marketplace.
Listing is free and you keep your full rate on every call: the platform fee is paid by the buyer, on top of your rate. Upload the rate sheet you already have and destinations, prefixes and rates are read for you, and each voice route is tested against your endpoint before it is published. Keep a route private and grant it to chosen buyers, at a rate set for each buyer if you like.
Buyers see the route, its rate and its measured quality, never who listed it, and you see buyers only by pseudonym. Neither side ever receives the other's SIP endpoint. Your carrier rate is credited to your balance on every billed call, and the balance can be withdrawn by crypto or bank wire.
List in approximately two minutes
Drop in the rate sheet you already have: destinations, prefixes and rates are read for you, and each voice route is tested before it is published. Listing is free and sellers keep their full rate.

And more.
Both sides stay anonymous
Buyers compare routes, not carriers, and sellers see buyers only by pseudonym. Neither side ever receives the other's SIP endpoint.
Offers and private routes
Offer below list on a single-price route, turn by turn. Sellers can keep a route off the public marketplace and grant it to chosen buyers at their own rate.
Watchlist, saved searches, compare
Star the routes you track, save the filters you run every day, and lay up to four routes side by side.
Route reports with a re-test
Report a failing route with the call record attached. When the seller marks it fixed, the exchange re-tests their endpoint automatically.
Least-cost routing
Send each call down the cheapest route you hold. Failover to the next runs in route groups on the hosted switch.

How it works.
- 01
Open and fund an account
The account is free. Top up from $5 by card or crypto, or from $100 by bank wire.
- 02
Filter every listed route
Narrow by destination or prefix, CLI type, quality tier, billing increment, rate, ASR, ACD, PDD, capacity and minimum Exchange Score.
- 03
Connect it, or make an offer
Connecting a route costs nothing and issues its SIP credentials on the spot. Want a better rate? Make an offer, and if the seller accepts, the purchase is created at the agreed price.
- 04
Send calls, pay per call
Each call is billed when it ends, at the route rate plus a capped platform fee, straight from your balance.
